What is your cancellation policy?
Yes! We currently accept Aetna, Optum / United Healthcare, Tricare West, and Cigna. More insurance plans to come!
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable make your scheduled appointment please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid paying for the missed appointment.

What if my therapist is not a good fit for me?
Yes, we are seeing people in person with COVID-19 precautions. Please ask your therapist about the specific COVID-19 precautionary measures that are being taken. We are also offering telehealth through zoom as an additional option.
You can expect to go over a lot of paperwork and policies. You can also expect to be asked a lot of questions during the intake.
Therapy works best when you are open and willing to the process. Therapy may consist of self exploration, emotional relief and making changes may be some of the things you will get out of therapy.
If your therapist isn't a good fit for you (and it's okay if that's the case), then you will be provided referrals.
